When you contact Barret Computers Inc. regarding I.T. Consulting, we will setup an appointment to meet with you at your business location.
This meeting will accomplish:

- A chance to meet face-to-face
- No time out-of-office for you
- An opportunity to visually assess your network and computers
- Establish a long-term business relationship
Current Issues
This meeting is to address current and future needs, so let’s get to it! We will listen to your explanation of the problem, and expectations of future growth. We will then develop a plan of action to correct the problem at hand, while keeping your business growth and budget in mind.

Face-to-Face
We believe it is important get to know the people managing your I.T. needs. We don’t want to be just a voice over the phone; we think you should be able to place a face to a name. The consultant you meet with in your office will be your direct point of contact throughout your partnership with Barret Computers Inc. They will be responsible for all aspects of your account, from scheduling to repairs to billing.

Out-of-Office
You don’t always have time to leave the office for a meeting, so we come to you! We are happy to meet you at any location you prefer, however, it is most efficient for us to meet at your office. Not only can we discuss your immediate concerns, but it also gives us the chance to see your network layout.

Network Assessment
During our meeting, we will ask to be shown around the office. This helps up familiarize ourselves with your office layout. We will note network equipment, wireless access points, computers, printers, and servers. This can help us identify points of failure, and make suggestions on efficiency. This is a non-intrusive, physical assessment. No usernames or passwords are needed.

Relationship
While we are happy to provide you with a one-time service call, we want to form a long-term business relationship with your company.

Each time you have to explain your issue, how you use your network, disclose sensitive passwords, and wait as the technician familiarizes themselves with your network, all before the repair can be started?
